闫桂英研究员简介
闫桂英，博士，中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院研究员，博士生导师。中科院国家数学与交叉科学中心副主任。中国工业与应用数学学会秘书长。
分别于1989 年、1992 年和1995 年在山东大学获得理学学士、硕士和博士学位。1995 年6 月至1997 年2 月在中国科学院应用数学研究所做博士后。
主要研究方向包括图论及其应用等。主持和参与了多项国家项目，包括“973”、国家自然科学基金重点、创新群体以及面上项目以及中国科学院知识创新重要方向项目等。
享受国务院政府特殊津贴。获“全国优秀科技工作者”称号。
摘要：Why a search engine can get massive webpage data and how it can measure how important or valuable a webpage might be? Applying the ideas of connections and relationships to various data, graph theory method can help reveal the nature of the data itself, telling us what relates and what doesn’t, and what’s important and what isn’t. In this talk, we will explain how to understand big data using graph theory method.
