JIYUAN TAO教授简介
Professor Jiyuan Tao received his Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics, University of Maryland, Baltimore County, U.S.A. in 2004. He is a full professor in the department of mathematics and statistics, Loyola University Maryland, U.S.A. He was awarded “Distinguished Scholar of the Year, Loyola University Maryland (2018)”. His research field is in optimization and focuses on complementarity problems over symmetric cones and Euclidean Jordan algebras. He has been published in numerous prestigious peer-reviewed journals including Mathematical Programming and Mathematical Operations Research which are top-tier journals in the optimization community, and Linear Algebra and its Applications and Linear and Multilinear Algebra which are top-tier journals in the linear algebra society. He was an invited speaker in various international meetings. He has been a reviewer for several reputed journals like Mathematical Programming, SIAM Optimization, Journal of Linear Algebra and its Applications, Journal of Optimization Theory and Applications.
Jiyuan Tao教授于2004年在University of Maryland, Baltimore County获得应用数学博士学位，是Loyola University Maryland数学与统计系的全职教授。曾获“洛约拉大学马里兰分校年度杰出学者（2018）”称号。主要从事优化、对称锥和欧几里得若当代数上的互补问题的研究。在优化领域的顶级期刊《Mathematical Programming》、《Mathematical Operations Research》以及线性代数界的顶级期刊《Linear Algebra and its Applications》和《Linear and Multilinear Algebra》等众多知名期刊上发表论文，在各种国际会议上担任特邀演讲者，是《Mathematical Programming》《SIAM Optimization》《Journal of Linear Algebra and its Applications》《Journal of Optimization Theory and Applications》等知名期刊的审稿人。
